Familiar faces of people, we see every day. We are unique; faces represents our own identity. We have a face to know or recognize each others. We also can recognize feelings and emotions. Face is an image of our soul , specially eyes are mirror of our own soul.

Family Portraits

I been doing a lot of portraits of people lately. People ask me to do them and their family for birthday or any kind of ceremony. It a good feeling for them to share their lives with me. My paintings will be in their families from generations and generations. This two couple are getting married, she was so happy. She said this will be with us until our children and grandchildren. It is a important painting for them to keep and remember their past and dates. I 'm happy, I can make people happy and have memories to share.

Wax Sculpture

I did this Wax Sculpture in Massart; my freshman year in form study class. I love it alot, becuase I learned to work with wax. It was not a easy job, it took me three months to do it. I had fun with it. I felt as a chemists, I was exploring a new media. I want to give this artwork to a place, where I do my volunteer work in Danforth Museum ( Framingham). They were so nice to let me in and teach me skills. I learn also alot from teachers and students. I'm so grateful for a wonderful opportunity.

I think space around us, it is compose with harmony color and sound. Everything around us is alive with sound, movement, and balance. It is like a music melody.

Flowers and Plants

Summer studio I worked with plants and flowers ; I learning to see colors from observation. I worked with my teacher Sharon Dunn for three intense weeks in July. I got so much out her class, she so devoted to her students. I think I'm in good path, She open alot of my mind and ideas I can work. She told me to see latin american artists and also portuguese (Portugal) artists from my culture. She likes my colors and abstract quality in them.
